Here are 2 trips to South America you can take with culinary experts!

Eat. Drink. Be merry, on your next vacation. Foodie vacations in South America are one of the best ways to explore local culture.  You don't need experience. We combine just enough adventure to explore everything from the origins of exotic and indigenous food, to the fun of creating dishes with your own hands.  Everything is included except flights.  Vegetarians are welcome!

TRIP#1: The first culinary trip is in Ecuador, which happens to be located on the equator and is therefore laden with multiple micro-climates. There's Quito in the Andes Mountains, surrounded by high-altitude volcanoes.  Guayaquil is the gateway to the temperate and bohemian coastal region, not to mention flights to THE Galapagos Islands.  In between is the cloud forest, where really cool things grow.  And let's not forget the Amazon jungle which is a whole nother world.  You can nibble on exotic fruits on your way to visit a chocolate farm and coffee plantation.

We took the best food experiences of Ecuador and assembled this 7-Day Culinary Adventure. And then invited Jaymee Sire, an emmy-award winning Food Network TV host to be our fearless leader! Listo!

Book The 7-Day Ecuador Culinary Vacation before June 1.  Travel dates are Aug 12-18 2018.  The itinerary, pricing and other things you need to know can be found by clicking on this link to the trip page.  Or click here to send us an email and we'll reply with full details.

TRIP#2: The next gastronomic adventure is in Peru, recently named top culinary destination of 2017. This 6-day trip includes a sampling of foods prepared in urban settings, like restaurants and cooking classes, as well as a Qechua farm where they get down to basics with an "earth oven" piled with meat, potatoes, plantains and fava beans. Then we invited Virginia Miller to guide us through this experience with her extensive background in food and beverages. And if that's not enough, we managed to squeeze in a grand tour of the famous Machu Picchu citadel, home of the Inca Empire.

Join this 6-Day Peru Culinary Adventure from May 20-25, 2018. The trip begins and ends in Cusco. Click this link to see full itinerary, and all the things you need to know to prepare for travel to Peru.  Then give us a call in our US office in Virginia or send us an email.
