Frequently Asked Questions

Are 3 days enough time to explore Easter Island?

The island is shaped like a triangle 14 miles (23 km) long by 7 miles (11 km) wide, it has an area of 63 square miles (163 square km). Mount Terevaka, is the highest point at 1,969 feet (600 metres) above sea level. It is quite easy to drive around the island in one day, stopping at several historical sites.
